The CyberLadies Review the Kindle DX

The CyberLadies review the Kindle DX

At $489 Is It Worth It?
Molly Peterson: No, unless you have $489 to blow.
Queena Kim: Yes, if I had $489 to blow. As far as luxury items go, this is a useful one. You can read newspapers, magazines, download pdfs from work and you don't have to lug around a computer.

Userability from one to ten. "Ten" is the best - like reading a book. "One" is like an MS Dos computer
MP: 7.2 and I'm the type that doesn't like reading directions
QK: I never read directions and I had no problem figuring out the kindle.

Is it a game changer in terms of technology?
QK: Yes, the Kindle DX pages are really like pages of a book. In fact, as I was drifting off to sleep reading, I'd forget I wasn't reading a book.
MP: But I can't but think in twenty years looking back on the Kindle DX it'll be like watching the Flinstones, when the bird carves the tablet.
